About Clarice Carr & Company

With you every step of the way

After 20 years in marketing and communications, working with some of the world's biggest property brands, including Persimmon, Bellway and Miller Homes, Rob Lawson decided to build a property portfolio. This started as a sideline and grew into something bigger as Rob's buy to let investments expanded.

Rob realised, that in a stagnant property market, the one reliable way to add value was to buy rundown properties and refurbish them for serviced accommodation, buy to let, or sale. In 2015, a friend asked Rob to build and manage a portfolio on his behalf, and the rest, as they say, is history.

With more than 100 refurbishments to his name - all generating a profit - expert knowledge of what to look for, and a trusted network of tradespeople and property professionals, Rob has unrivalled credentials to get you started on your property investment journey.

So why Clarice Carr & Company? Rob explains: "Clarice Carr was my Granny, a successful businesswoman and a real inspiration to me. She'd have loved to own a business like this, so giving it her name seemed like the next best thing."
